Green Mountain & Finger Lakes National Forests Camping

Green Mountain & Finger Lakes National Forests has 5 reservable campgrounds, booked through Recreation.gov — including Grout Pond Campground, Hapgood Pond, Silver Lake Campground, Chittenden Brook Campground and Moosalamoo Campground. It's one of the camping destinations we track in Vermont.

Campgrounds here are in high demand and can sell out within minutes of release, so cancellations are often the only way to get a site. Campsite Tonight monitors every Green Mountain & Finger Lakes National Forests campground around the clock and automatically adds an open site to your Recreation.gov cart the moment a cancellation appears.
